Crocheted Headbands
I am loving these. They are so simple to make. I have made several for me and a couple for the girls.
This is what it looks like alone:
And on heads:
I like it because it makes a simple pony tail look more exciting. That's nice for a mom :)

Crocheted Headbands
I cannot believe it, but I actually made up a pattern in crocheting! Unbelieveable. I know, it is a simple pattern, but I am still shocked.
Here is my brown one.
McKenna's pink one
Also McKenna's pink one
My red one
Kaitlyn's red one
This is Kaitlyn's other one...I didn't write this pattern. I just made a different pattern smaller to create this.
Here is McKenna showing her pink one.
And her pink one with a bow

Crocheted Headbands
For my "jewelry" of the month with my SILs and MIL, I decided to crochet headbands. Above is how it looks on your head.
And here is the back view. This is mine:
This is Laur's
This is Kristin's
This is Mel's (Mel, it isn't denim blue, but I LOVE the color and I think you will look fabulous in it. I want it ;) ).
and this is Bev's
oh, and this is Kaitlyn's little version:

Hats Hats Everywhere!
Here are all of my recent hats:
This is a hat for someone secret
McKenna in her pink and brown
Brayden in his black
The next two were for my dad's birthday. He loves the Yankees and Steelers:
Kaitlyn in her white
and her brown and cream (she likes to puff her cheeks full of air for pictures these days)
and I added to McKenna's first white one so it would be longer

Crocheting Hats
Last Saturday, we had a girls night where we learned to crochet hats. I had a steep learning curve, but I eventually got it and even finished all by myself reading a pattern!
I mad this for Kaitlyn. The yarn was hard to work with. This is the one I made first.
Then I made this for McKenna. It was much easier yarn to work with. Now I need to find a masculine pattern and make one for Brayden.
