Skirts

I wanted to make the girls each a black skirt so they could wear their leggings more often.

First, McKenna's. I didn't have a pattern for a baby skirt, so I had to make it up. I started over one time, but made it through :)

Next is Kaitlyn's. I had a pattern for her
It is really cute and twirls around as she walks.

Here she is with her new leggings from her Aunt Melanie. You can still enter to win a set from her! Today is the last day:

Crocheting Hats

Last Saturday, we had a girls night where we learned to crochet hats. I had a steep learning curve, but I eventually got it and even finished all by myself reading a pattern!

I mad this for Kaitlyn. The yarn was hard to work with. This is the one I made first.

Then I made this for McKenna. It was much easier yarn to work with. Now I need to find a masculine pattern and make one for Brayden.

Baby Bracelets

These first two were for Kaitlyn and McKenna. They went with their Christmas outfits. You can't tell from the picture, but those red beads are amazing. They are velvety looking.

The next two were gifts

Booties

My latest fettish is making little booties for McKenna. They take hardly any fabric, and I am a scrap keeper. So all of these little scraps I have kept over the years is now coming in handy!

Snow White Dress

Kaitlyn loves Snow White. I don't know why, she hadn't ever seen the movie, but she does. So I made a Snow White dress for her for Christmas. She loves it!

Stockings

This year, I made a new stocking for Kaitlyn and a stocking for McKenna. I don't follow a pattern for them, so they always look a bit goofy, but I have decided that can be something my kids can chuckle at when they are older :)

Here are stockings I have made in past years. The one on the far left was not made by me, but it is mine and I LOVE IT. I love crocheted stockings. They stretch so well and give you much more freedom of what can be put in there. Then there is Kaitlyn's old one, which is much too small, thus the new one. Then Nate's. Then Brayden's.
